He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Collins and Delima Collins (Secore); his wife Gladys Collins (Young); his siblings, Robert, Donald, Bernard, David, Maynard Collins, Sylvia Durkee, Violet Dibble, Geraldine Dashnaw and Anna Lashway; and his stepdaughter Tina Berg.
He is survived by: his sons, Jarrod Collins and Heath Collins (Julie); his grandsons, David and Nathan; and his stepchildren, James Young, Elric Young (Tina) and Debra Brinnon (David). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
