It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Racette (Cadyville, New York), born in Redford, New York, who passed away on January 16, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Racette and Ursula Racette (Supernault); his wife Marian Racette; and his siblings, Roland, Armand, Bernard, Olive Burdo, Bernadette Hughes and Rita Hahn.

He is survived by: his son Michael; his daughter-in-law Lisa Racette of Saranac; his daughters, Linda Racette of Plattsburgh and Judy (Steve McKenzie); and his grandchildren, Bobby Jo, Christina, Andrew, Katie, Kyle, Jerry, Jessica and Brittany. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.

Calling hours will be held privately for the family. Face masks and social distancing are in effect.

Memorial donations may be offered to the Church of the Assumption.
