He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his stepdaughters, Heather Bouvia (Chris) and Melissa Vann; his grandchildren, Erica, Cayden Bouvia and Jacob Vann; and his siblings, Karen Crossman, Lee Herrick, Billy Herrick and Michael Herrick. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
