We are sad to announce that on December 6, 2020, at the age of 89, Harriett Provost of Cadyville, New York, born in Chazy, New York passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Harriett Provost to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Ackey and Irene Ackey (Perrea); her husband Alexander Provost; her sons, Ronald Provost and Frank Provost; and her brother Alfred Ackey.
She is survived by: her children, Alex Provost of Cadyville, Debbie Norcross (Jim) of Bloomingdale and Linda Covel (Donald) of Peru; her daughters-in-law, Carolyn Provost of Plattsburgh and Melissa Monty Provost of Plattsburgh; and her siblings, James Ackey (Rose) of Florida and Irene Wray of Chazy. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Seating will be limited due to Covid restrictions.
Donations in her memory may be made to Hospice of the North Country or St. Joseph's Church in Dannemora.
