He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Rivers of Lyon Mountain, NY; his children, Deborah Ulin (David Ulin) of Ashland, MA, Gary Rivers Jr. (Will Dibble) of Pennellville, NY and Keith Rivers (Denise) of Copenhagen, NY; his son-in-law Bruce Germain of Peru, NY.; and his siblings, Daniel Rivers (Judy) of Cadyville, Yvonne Calkins (Tom) of Plattsburgh, NY and Shana Francis (James) of Vancouver, Canada.. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
