He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Be and Julia Be (Weinclawski); his son William A. Berkoski, Jr.; and his daughter-in-law Teresa F Berkoski. He is survived by: his children, Catherine Glazier (James) of Byron and Alan Berkoski of Manhattan; his grandchildren, Jennifer Caruso (Michael), Amanda Frantzen (Eric), Lisa Graziano (Robert), Michael Glazier (Virginia), Kristin Glazier, Lindsey Glazier and Bryan Glazier; his great grandchildren, Tessa, Eleanor Caruso, Natalie and Charlotte Frantzen; his siblings, John Berkoski (Joan) of Bridgehampton, Raymond Berkoski (Margaret) of Hampton Bays, Arthur Berkoski (Helen) of Florida and Celia Robertson (Robert); and his son Ray, III of Arizona.
