With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joseph S. Ognibene of Byron, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 12, 2025 at the age of 45. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Joseph's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Joseph's journey be filled with peace and serenity, as his find rest in the embrace of eternity.
He was predeceased by: his mother Carolyn J. Ognibene (Seweryniak); and his siblings, Timothy J. and Stephanie L. Ognibene. He is survived by: his father Stephen J. Ognibene (Loretta) of Attica; his uncle Mike; his siblings, Sara J. Ognibene of Tamarac, FL, Matthew J. Ognibene of Rochester and Stephen R. Ognibene of Attica; and his grandfather Joseph Ognibene of Byron. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Vincent's Church (50 East Ave, Attica, NY 14011). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Gateway Home, 91 Main Street, Attica, NY 14011.
