It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maynard LaVern Hellijas of Burnt Hills, New York, born in Warnerville, New York, who passed away on March 30, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, LaVern Hellijas and Marietta Hellijas; his siblings, Dr. Carl Hellijas, Eunice Tingue and Virginia Brown; his former wives, Edna Wood Hellijas and Fay Hellijas; and his stepson Alan Wood.
He is survived by: his wife Claudette Hellijas of Burnt Hills; his children, Kurt Hellijas (JoAnne), Chris Hellijas and Carolyn Hellijas; and his stepchildren, Cindy Moczydlowsky (Paul), Debbie Ross, Marc Contard (Lisa), Chantal Couture and Michele Zebrowski (Kevin). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
