She was predeceased by: her parents, Angel Velasco and Isabel Velasco (Aranus); her husband Alfred T. Maliszewski; and her siblings, John, Frank Alvarez and Mary Sternberg.
She is survived by: her children, Arnold Maliszewski, John Maliszewski (Kathleen Brenock) and Judith Doepel (George); her grandchildren, Nicholas, Alexandra, Matthew (Susan), Melissa and Jacob; and her great grandchildren, Mila, Avah and Jemma. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
