He was predeceased by: his parents, John William Hoffman and Geraldine Deyo Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Leona Hoffman; his children, Steven Hoffman, Katherine Hoffman-Shanks, Stacy VanAmburgh and Karen Hoffman Stoliker (Michael); and his sister Joan Shoddy. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and his great-grandchildren.
