She is survived by: her mother Carol Burlison (Weyer); her significant other Lyle Smith; her son Jordan Lockwood; her brothers, Pat Burlison and Shaune Burlison (Danielle Thorpe); and her nieces and nephews, Noah Burlison, Chase Burlison, Ty Burlison, Adrianna Burlison, Jacob Burlison and Emily Burlison.
