He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl K. Pritchard and Cecelia Pritchard (Maine); and his brothers, Paul, Bruce, Wayne and Rodney.
He is survived by: his wife Marguerite Lighthall; his children, Laurie, Carl K. Pritchard (Cathy), Paul Pritchard (Kelly), Regina Loiacono (Paul), Harold Pritchard, Barbara Lince and Carrie Gott; and his sister Maryann Keeler (Bill). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
