She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Bushey and Irene Bushey (Monette); her daughter Terri Lee Cook; and her siblings, Morris, Marshall, Roger, Oscar, Armand and Mary Jane Lamica.
She is survived by: her spouse Dick Cook; her children, Richard Cook (Brenda) of Chateaugay, Tommy Cook of Chateaugay, Wendy Jones (Daniel) of Chateaugay and Michelle LaPlante (Paul) of Chateaugay; her grandchildren, Jarrod Cook, Kelsey Cook, Alicia Cook, Brendan Jones, Cullen Jones, Ciara Rose Cook, Reid LaPlante and Chandler LaPlante; her great grandchildren, Liam, Quintin and Scout; her siblings, Regina Miller of Plattsburgh, Sally Crane, Paul Crane of Swedesboro, NJ, Elaine Crandall of Louisville, OH, Deborah Fowler of Fulton, NY, Roland Bushey, Leonard Bushey of Constable, NY and Ronald Bushey of Lyon Mountain; and her significant other Richard Moore of Ellenburg. She is also survived by several nieces nephews and cousins.
