It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Muir Smith of Burke, New York, born in Chateaugay, New York, who passed away on March 26, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Muir Smith and Sarah Smith (Sherman); his son Patrick; and his siblings, Harold Smith, Theresa Crawford, Clara Lee, Marjorie Mallette and Sylvia Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Lawrence of George's Church; his children, Trina Kahrs (Edward II) of Lisbon and Sidney Smith (Bianca Rodriguez) of Burke; and his grandsons, Joseph Roulston and Cole Barrett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
