It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James V. Dumas (Burke, New York), born in Malone, New York, who passed away on May 5, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon C. Dumas and Clara Dumas (Eldridge); and his parents-in-law, George and Edna Gokey. He is survived by: his wife Carol (Gokey); his sister Carmen; his brother-in-law Steve Grondziak of Michigan; his daughter Michele; his son-in-law Scott MacEachron of Queensbury; his son Craig; his daughter-in-law Nikki Dumas of Burke; and his grandchildren, Alexis Moffit of Texas, Katie (Maddie MacEachron), Carter and Anna (Kara Dumas). He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.

Due to the circumstances of the COVID 19 virus, there will be no funeral services.
