He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Mangan and Jenny Mangan (Gallagher); and his siblings, Bernard Mangan, Francis Mangan, Tommy Mangan, Paul Mangan, Patricia Manlevy, Joan Miles and Mary Gennette.
He is survived by: his spouse Joyce May; his children, Donald Mangan (Ruth) of East Fairfield, VT, David Mangan (Debbie) of Alburg, VT and Brenda Carpenter of Champlain, NY; and his grandchildren, Kaitlin, Morgan, Riley Mangan, Stephanie, Matthew, Ellen, Sara, Danny Mangan, Kathleen, Taylor and Kristin Carpenter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Donations in his memory may be made to the Franklin County Humane Society, Malone.
