He was predeceased by: his parent Charles Rogers; and his siblings, Doug, Tony and Joyce Lockwood. He is survived by: his parent Ruth Tucker Rogers; his wife Janet Vincent Rogers of Quaker Springs; his children, Michael Rogers (Barbara) of Pennsylvania, Eva Jeffords (Michael) of Schuylerville and Dawn Palmieri (Vince) of Saratoga Lake; his grandchildren, Becky, Brianna, Gabby Rogers, Mikey, Evan, Dylan Jeffords and Krystal Rogers; his great grandchildren, Kadyn, Jordyn, Finlay, Declan and Breezy; and his siblings, David, Danny, Joey, Lyle, Herbie, Mary, Janie, Donna and Julie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
