Nelson Sr. (Burke, New York), born in Plattsburgh, New York, who passed away on February 24, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas Nelson and Marion Nelson (Roberts); his son Frederick Dale Nelson (Paula) of Burke; and his siblings, Stewart, Thomas, Mike Nelson and Diane Crosby.

He is survived by : his wife Diane Boileau; his child Cherisse Burdash of North Bangor; his grandchildren, Haley Burdash of North Bangor, Zachary Nelson of North Bangor, Natasha Nelson of Burke and Mason LaValley of Plattsburgh; his great grandchild Maverick Hunt; and his siblings, Sally Bruso of Massachusetts, Christine Charette of Washington and Bruce Nelson of Lyon Mountain. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
