It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clara Belle Goins Chaapman (Burke, New York), who passed away on July 9, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Andrew Goins; her husband Buren Edward Chapman; and her siblings, Garland Goins, Romie Goins, Essie Mae Chapman and Mattie Marie Chapman.
She is survived by: her parent Tessie Chapman Goins; her son Donald Chapman (Phyllis); and her granddaughters, Nikki Carswell (Dennis) and Jessica Justice (Josh). She is also survived by four great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces, nephews.
