He was predeceased by : his parents, Maurice Cook and Evelyn Cook (Peck); and his brothers, Arlend and Wayne Cook. He is survived by : his siblings, Alton Cook (Janice) of Burke and Audrey Perham of Malone; his sister-in-law Judy Cook of Burke; his brother Garth Bisonette of Chateaugay; and also Elaine Barette of Burke. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
