It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William C. Elkins (Burdett, New York), born in Ithaca, New York, who passed away on August 19, 2018, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son James Elkins. He is survived by: his wife Irene Elkins; his daughters, Betty Tiede (Keith), Alice Mischke (Frank), Mary Redfield (Jack) and Ruth Walters (John); his daughter-in-law Carolyn Elkins; his grandchildren, Jessica, Raina, James Elkins, Christy Chapman (Tom), Miles Mischke (Lindsay Barnes), Phil (Catherine Carlson), Greg, Melanie Redfield, Michelle Pavlik (Jay) and Rachel Abbott; and his great grandchildren, Elijah, Emma, Eleana Pavlik, Brooklynn Chapman and Britton Chapman.
