Sills of Burdett, New York, born in Mecklenburg, New York, who passed away on December 19, 2022, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Slocum and Lillian Slocum (Miller); her husband Leslie E. Sills; and her siblings, Irene Long (Edward), Vivian Thall (Roger), Charlien DeLeury (John), Marjorie George (Judson), Gerald Slocum (Catherine), Donald Slocum (Ruth) and Earl Slocum (Ann).
She is survived by: her children, Ruth Sills and Leslie A. Sills Sr. (Louise); and her grandchildren, Kimberly Morley (Larry), Vicky Grady (Gerald) and Leslie A. Sills Jr. (Kim). She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations in her memory may be made to the Burdett Fire Department.
