She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Smith and Laura Smith (Fountain); her brother Eugene Smith; and her adoptive mother Peggylee Stephens. She is survived by: her husband Calvin Lane of Burdett, NY; her children, Melissa Head (Chris Proper) of Trumansburg, Martin Manley of Trumansburg, Timothy Manley of North Carolina and Robyn Griffin (Daniel) of Ovid; her stepchildren, Christine Strait (Mark) of Dundee, Tracy Kelly (Tim) of Rock Stream and Calvin "Cubby" Lane of Dundee; her grandchildren, Joshua, Jeremy, Marta, Noah Head, Abigail, Andrew, Elijah, Hannah Griffin, Michael, Cassandra, Bobby, Mackenzie Strait, Tyler Kelly, Ayla, Selena and Robert Lane; her great grandchild Cooper; and the father of her children Lawrence "Larry" Manley of Danby.
