He was predeceased by: his parents, Vivian Wilson Peckens and Richard Thomas Weakland, Sr.. He is survived by: his significant other Cindy Fadale Weakland; his daughters, Casey Stephany (Chris) of Burdett, NY and Hallie Weakland of Denver, CO; and his siblings, Dan Weakland, Wendy Kawczenski (Leo), Peter Peckens (Janet) and Melody Freeman (Greg). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and close friends.
