He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Biever and Rose Biever (DeDominic); his wife Geta; his son Philip; his parents-in-law, John and Margaret Gunning (Clymer); his brother Ralph; and his siblings-in-law, Sue Dean and Bruce Gunning.
He is survived by: his son Mark (Sharon) of Sterling, VA.; his daughter-in-law Sherry Biever of Burdett; his sister Joan Specchio (Raphael) of Watkins Glen; his siblings-in-law, Sandra Gunning of Reynoldsville and Clair Gunning (Peg) of Montour Falls; and his grandchildren, Peter Biever of Burdett, Philip Biever of Chesapeake, VA, Ryan Biever of Virginia Beach, VA. and Lydia Biever of Burdett. He is also survived by many cousins, nephews and nieces.
