With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Kay Lane of Burdett, New York, born in Montour Falls, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Kay left this world on April 27, 2024 at the age of 77, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Welch and Evelyn Welch (Davis); and her sister Barbara Welch. She is survived by: her husband Gene Lane; her children, Donna DeGraw (Timothy), Jean Blauvelt (Brian), Carol Frederick and Michael Arnold (Stacey); her stepchildren, Genine Bushfan (Guy), Stacey Lane and Marci Lane (Kevin); and her brother Gary Welch (Georgia). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
