It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Howard (Burdett, New York), born in Waverly, New York, who passed away on November 24, 2019, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcella Greenwood and Everett Howard; his brother Evan Howard; his daughter Mary; and his grandson Austin Howard.
He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Geiger Howard; his stepchildren, Kenneth Peters (Jennifer) of Burdett and Jennie Musewicz (Kevin) of Fort Valley; his sister-in-law Lenora Howard of Florida; his children, Frank (Maureen Howard) of Nebraska, Julie Morales (Edwin) of Waverly and Joseph (Kate) of Texas; and his grandchildren, Franklin Alex Howard, Emily Howard, Erica Morales, Justin Morales, Julia Hines, Austin Peters, Emma Hines and Kurtis Musewicz. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
