She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Herbert and Marylou Peppard; and her aunt Terri Goodrich. She is survived by: her husband James "Jamie" Jerzak; her children, Jaden Jerzak and Chase Jerzak; her stepdaughter Mercedes Jerzak; her parents, Yvonne Schaffhouser (Steven) and Ronnie Rea (Amanda Underhill); her grandparents, Mitchell and Beverly Rea; her siblings, Jesse Rea (Tarra), Alexa Peppard and Brett Rea; her parents-in-law, David and Diane Jerzak; her stepgranddaughter Maddy; her uncles, Pete Goodrich, James Goodrich and Steven Peppard; and her nephew Vince Rea.
