He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ossentjuk and Libbie Ossentjuk. He is survived by: his wife Lilli E. Zloch Ossentjuk; his children, Eric (Jennie), Kim Ossentjuk-Dolson, Fay (John Eberling) and Kelly (Steven Sienkwicz); his sister Diane Marie Zloch of Bloomingburg, NY; his grandchildren, Jessica Correa, Brian Linker, Erinn, Max Ossentjuk, Nicholas of Olivia, J. T., Natalie Dolson, Scott Ledina, John Eberling, Ivy Westbrook, Eva and Gracie Sienkwicz; and his pet Coca-Cola. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, extended family and close friends.

“Sorry to learn of Doug's passing. This came as quite a shock to us as we have lost touch with most of the family. We stay pretty close to home as Dick will turn 90 on Saturday and is quite unsteady on his feet and has taken several bad falls. Our deepest of sympathy to you all.”
