William Tobicoe Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Tobicoe and Helen Bradley Tobicoe (Lilian Bedford Tobicoe); and his children, Michael Tobicoe and Alicia Tobicoe. He is survived by: his daughter Joan Marilyn Tobicoe Mangels; his son-in-law John Mangels; his grandson David Mangels; and his great grandchild William "Will" Tobicoe Mangels.
