He was predeceased by: his parents, William Y. Maroney and Martha L. Maroney (Woolslayer); and his son Joseph E. Maroney. He is survived by: his wife Linda R. Maroney (Sutton); his daughter Bobbie L. Stillions (Jerry) of Murrysville; his grandchildren, Joseph Robert Stillions and Chelsey Marie Maroney; his great grandchild Holly Josephine Maroney; his sister Janice "Sis" Kirk (Toney) of Alamogordo, NM; and his grandchildren, Victoria and Braden Hoberg.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 30th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Duster Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc. (347 E 10th Ave, Tarentum, PA 15084). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Buffalo United Presbyterian Church. A burial was held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
Family suggests contribution be made in Bill's memory to Shriner's Hospital or Alzheimer's Foundation.
