He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fred Bailor and Helen Bailor; his wife Joan Bailor; his sons, James Bailor (Stacy Rainey) and Timothy Bailor (Karrie Ann); his grandchildren, Alivia and Brayden Bailor; and his siblings, Thomas Bailor and Debra Bailor.
