It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter R. Clark Sr. (Buffalo, New York), who passed away on April 4, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Walter may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Walter touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He is survived by: his spouse Cyril; and his children, Walter Jr. (Kareama), June (Vincent), Peter (Zorita), Kimberly (David), Catherine (Glenn), Elvis Tony (Vonica), Denise (Brian), Charles (Angie) and Eric Bernard (Shelia). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Walls Memorial AME Zion Church (455 Glenwood Ave, Buffalo, NY 14208). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
