She is survived by: her parents, Andrew Kutnyak and Maura Kutnyak-Smalley; her grandparents, Vickie, Tom Kutnyak, Chester Smalley (Linda) and Linda Lazzaro; her brothers, Sebastian and Griffin Kutnyak; her uncles, Bryan, Ben, Geoffrey Kutnyak and Sterling Smalley; and her aunt Emma Smalley. She is also survived by friends and cousins.
