He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore Sergi, and Nella Sergi, Jr.. He is survived by: his spouse Lynn Sergi; his sons, Salvatore Sergi IV, Michael A. Sergi and John Lombardo; and his siblings, Josephine Savaglia (Iano), Dominic Sergi and Rosanna Kutas (Edward). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Sam's honor may be made to the American Heart Association.
