She is survived by: her husband Orlando Polanco; her children, Awilda Polanco (Roberto), Nydia Delvalle, George Lorenzo and Rosario Montalvo (Ivimelek); and her grandchildren, Chrismarie Aviles, Yeslene Aviles, Ivy Aviles, Dayanara Velazquez, Taina Velazquez, Kim Morales, Hector Velazquez, Naidelyn Nieves, Aleysha Lorenzo and Yedee Lorenzo. She is also survived by brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and cousins.
