He was predeceased by: his wife Lorraine Gianadda; his daughter Lisa Gianadda; and his sister Eva Lorenzetti (Anthony). He is survived by: his children, Renee Dikeman (Kevin), Ronald Gianadda (Josie), Michael Gianadda (Peggy), Anthony Gianadda and David Gianadda (Emily); his grandchildren, Ashley (John), Adam (Amanda), Allison (Alex), Michael, Olivia, Carly, Anthony, Dominic, Gordon, Nora and Stella; his great grandchildren, Alessia and Ava; and also MaryJo Tomasik (Michael).

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the C. Mertz and Son Funeral Home, Inc. (911 Englewood Ave, Buffalo, NY 14223). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 10:45 AM at the St. John the Baptist Church (1085 Englewood Ave, Buffalo, NY 14223).
