He was predeceased by: his parents, Winona S. Holbein (Miller) and William H Holbein; his sons, Thomas Michael Holbein and John Kevin Holbein; his brothers, William, Rich and Paul Holbein; his daughter-in-law Kim Holbein; his fathers-in-law, John (Lola Bono) and Sasi Suwan; and his pets, Cream Puff and Kotton Kandi.
He is survived by: his wife Amy Holbein (Bono); his children, Robert Holbein Jr. (Kim) of Buffalo Township, Mark Holbein of Freeport, Carol Carson of Buffalo Township and Mary Ann Jenny (Jack) of Pittsburgh; his grandchildren, Clayton Holbein (Mandy), Tyler Holbein, Brad Carson (Roseanne), Alyssa Carson Cadamore (Bill), Grant Carson (Brittany), Jack Jenny and Dylan Jenny; his siblings-in-law, Donna Holbein, Nancy Holbein and Tom Bono (LuAnn); and his pet Lollypop. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
