He is survived by: his close friend Carolyn Wells (late Ellen M.); his children, Robin Shafer (Kevin), Jeffrey Collopy (Kimberly Day) and Wendy Kubik; his son-in-law Edmund Kubik; his grandchildren, Jarrett Shafer, Marissa Shafer (Collin) and Ryan Collopy; and his sister Cheryl Pryor (Will). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
