She was predeceased by: her husband Salvatore J. Schillaci; her parents, Anna Podlesinski and Andrew Podlesinski; and her siblings, Helen Janas (Frank), Matthew Hodala (Frances), Celia Serwicki (Edward), Casimer Podlesinski and Alfreda Nadel (Raymond).
She is survived by: her children, Carol Bronnenkant (Bruce), Andrea Schillaci (William Altreuter), Claudia Thomas (Scott) and Grace Szakacs (James); her grandchildren, Emily Carlin (Fan Zhang), Sara Bronnenkant Smith (Richard Smith), Alex Bronnenkant (Ceren Karabrahimoglu), Caroline Kneebone (Jared), Aster Hathaway (Emma), Katherine Zittel (Austin) and Andrew Thomas; and her great grandchildren, Hugo Smith, Zoe, Henry Zhang, Theo and Eliza Kneebone.
