He was predeceased by: his sibling Thomas (Donna). He is survived by: his wife Diana Martin; his sons, Jeffrey R. (Katherine) and Brian R. (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Brian D., Roman, Ava, Daxton and Kylan; and his siblings, Patricia Niederpruem (late James), Douglas (Diane), Donald (Jeannette), Timothy (Elizabeth) and Suzanne Bradley (Kenneth). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

“To Diana, Jeff and Brian, So sorry to hear of Dick’s passing. Dick and I spent a lot of time together while working at the Tax Department. We traveled the country together and played golf in seven different states that I can remember. I’ll always appreciate how many things I experienced due to the fact that Dick liked to be on the go. I never would have done most of those fun things if it weren’t for him. He was a great guy and I’ll never forget him. Take care. Dave Heary.”
