We are sad to announce that on March 28, 2025, at the age of 78, Richard J. Driscoll Jr. of Buffalo, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Richard shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Richard farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Driscoll and Mary Driscoll; and his sister Kathryn Driscoll (Molly). He is survived by: his daughters, Anastasia Driscoll (Julie Seed), Priscilla Driscoll Shempp (Ian Shempp) and Patricia Driscoll (Ben Greenwald); his grandson William Shempp; his brothers, Paul Driscoll (Theresa), Robert Driscoll and Stephen Driscoll (Karen); and his former wife Priscilla Jan Driscoll.
Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics or the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute.
