He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward J. O'Mara and Mary Elenore O'Mara. He is survived by: his children, Jacqueline and Courtney O'Mara; his brothers, William F. O'Mara (MaryAnn) of Chesapeake, VA and Edward V. O'Mara (Barbara) of Tonawanda; and also Susanne O'Mara. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice Buffalo.
