With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patrick G. Kwiatkowski (Buffalo, New York), who passed away on September 10, 2019 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jean; his sons, Scott, Michael (Kelly) and Matthew Kwiatkowski (Jessica); his grandchildren, Carson, Mackenna, Jackson and Jacob; and his aunt Monica Kwiatkowski. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
