She was predeceased by: her parents, Thaddeus Lacki and Helen Lacki (Chojnacki); her siblings, Eleanor Winterberg (Edwin) and Richard Lacki (Patricia); and her niece Susie.
She is survived by: her siblings, Gertrude Lacki, Michael Lacki (Margaret) and David Lacki (Sue); her nieces and nephews, Judy Covert (Dale), Edwin Winterberg (Mary Jo), Janine Winterberg, Eric Winterberg (Kristen), Thaddeus Lacki (Sherry), Robert Lacki (Mindy), Thomas Lacki (Bing), Brian Kopera (Blondie Olandt), Jonathan Lacki (Erin) and Mary Elizabeth McFadden (Patrick); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Tad Lacki, Cody Zmuda, Kayleigh Lacki, Heather Lacki, Mitchell Winterberg, Alexander Winterberg, Anthony Solomon (Marless Tuskes), Erica Winterberg (Richie Jenkins), Nicholas Solomon, Claudia Winterberg, Helena Winterberg, Brenna Lacki and Andy Lacki; and also, Bryson Jenkins and Sophia Jenkins. She is also survived by many cousins and friends, as well as her Sisters.
