He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Stangl and Mary Stangl (Hemlich); and his brother Andrew Stangl. He is survived by: his wife Susan Stangl (Gangler); his son Andrew Stangl (Erin) of South Wales; and his sisters, Jean Wittmeyer (late Gerald) of Eden and Judith Hillard of Perry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
