He is survived by: his spouse Rozetta Wiggins; his child Robinique Johnson-Menifee (Omar Menifee); his grandchildren, Imara and Nia Menifee; his siblings, James Wiggins (Elaine), Martha Gene Wiggins, Theresa Rutherford, Regina Wiggins and H. Jeanette Kelly; and his brother-in-law Royelle Rutherford. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
