He is survived by: his children, Brianna White (Jay Mackowiak) and Adam White; his sibling Shaunica Sullivan; and his nieces and nephews, Dominic Stephens (Dawn), Rebecca Stephens, Kayla Sullivan, Alexandria Shaw, Alexis Shaw and Tori Shaw. He is also survived by great nieces, great nephews, and many friends.
