With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leslie Tyler-Frank in Buffalo, New York, who passed away on April 3, 2025 at the age of 45. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Leslie leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Leslie may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lee III and Theressa Tyler, III of Eldred; her pet Hank Edward; her significant other Yvonne Moonan (Proper) of Bradford; her son Ethan Tyler (Kessa); her granddaughter Aniya Rose Moskalik-Tyler of South St; and her brothers, Lee Tyler IV (Amanda) of Bradford and Brett Tyler (Angela).
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc. Memorial contributions, if desired, may be made to Girl Scouts of America, WPSU Radio, McKean County SPCA, Bradford Public Library or a charity of the donor's choice.
