She was predeceased by: her daughter Mira Berkley (Jack); and her grandson Jory Berkley. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Clement Tetkowski; her children, Diane Pokorski (Ronald) and Neil Tetkowski (Olga); and her grandchildren, Nicole Patterson (Phillip), Ryan Miller, Heidi Bogatz (Monte), Kristina Murphy (Sean) and Alexander Berkley (Kayleigh). She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren and one, great-great-grandchild.
